India gave its vent on Bangladesh, defeating the young team 11-1 in the classification match for 5-7 at Kuantan in the 8th Air Asia Cup.

India will now take on Japan for the 5th and 6th position decider tomorrow.

Sandeep set the scoring act for the Indians converting first two penalty corners in the 10th and 13th minute.

Hari Prasad scored the third goal a minute before the lemon time.

Goals rained after resumption of play. Arjun added one in the 39th minute while raghunath converted a penalty corner four minutes later. Hardworking SV Sunil came up with a brace of goals in the 48th and 57th minutes. Another set of goals came from the blades Rajpal Singh (65th min), Sardar Singh 66th, Prabhjot 67th, while Sardar Singh finished the scoreline a few seconds left before the hooter.
