“The Territorial Army has been doing a tremendous job in maintaining the environment and it has cleared up the Bhatti mines as also the hills around Mussoorie. The conferring of honorary ranks on eminent sportspersons like Kapil Dev and Aslam Sher Khan would provide a source of inspiration to the younger generation,” said Mr Singh Deo.
