Air India and RCF reach MHC Final

Air India and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers qualify for the summit clash of the MHA organized Mumbai Hockey Championship 2010 played at the MHA Mahidra Stadium, Churchgate, Mumbai.

Today both Central Railway and Western Railway were derailed totally in the Semi-Finals played against favorites Air India & RCF.

Fancied Air India steamrolled helpless Central Rly by a huge margins of 13-0 at breather the airmen were up by 10-0 score. The flood gates were opened in the very 1st minutes of play time a combined move by World Cupper Shivendra Singh and Olympian Sameer Dad the later scooped into the nets from close range 1-0.

For RCF it was a dream comes true as they qualify for the Mumbai Hockey Championship finals after 23 years. Further consolidated their efforts beating champion side Western Rly comprehensively handsome margin of 4-0.

The final will be played on Saturday, 22nd May, 2010 at 4.15 pm
