Spring Dale wins boys title

HOSTS SPRING Dale Senior School, Amritsar won the under 14 (boys) CBSE National Hockey Tournament in a close final match against S.G.G.S Khalsa Academy, Amritsar 2-1 on Monday. Mehta Gurukul Doraha bagged the third spot.
In girls’ under-14 category, Maharaja Agarsen Girls Senior Secondary School, Sirsa defeated S.J.S Public School, Rai Brailey 3 – 0 to clinch the title. Divine Child School Mehrana (Gujrat) came third.
Around 40 teams from CBSE schools from across India were participating in the tournament.
