Indian Olympic Association has been asked to finalize the action plan for holding the Indian hockey Federation electon.

The case filed by the KPS Gill has come up for hearing today in the Delhi court. Sources claim the IOA councillor was asked by the court why there is a delay in the holding the election, for which he could not get any satisfactory reply.

Taking a view on the matter, the court has asked the IOA to come out with a action plan before the next hearing which is fixed for 2nd March.

It is good news as the issues will be settled soon and the election can come at mandatory notice, so that a constitutional IHF will be in place before the world cup and other important assignments are given proper shape.
