Sports Department will organise a district-level hockey meet for under-14 boys to commemorate hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand’s birthday. The day, August 29, is celebrated as the national sports day. The meet will be held on August 28 and 29 at the KD Singh Babu stadium for which the entries should reach the regional sports office by August 27. Players must carry with them their age certificates.
