Jaman Lal Sharma memorial hockey
The second Jaman Lal Sharma subjunior hockey tournament for under-14 will be organised by the KD Singh Babu Society at the Dhyan Chand stadium, Sports College, from December 25. Teams from Meerut, Allahabad, Karampur, Atgawan, Ghazipur, Rampur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Rae Bareli, Shahjahanpur and Lucknow will take part in it. Selections for the Lucknow team will be held at National College ground on December 15. Interested may contact hockey coach Rashid Aziz at the venue at 3 pm.
