SHILLONG: Head Quarter 101 Area defeated 17 Mountain Division by a margin of 3-2 goals in the final match and lifted the tournament of the Inter Formation Eastern Command Hockey Championship 2008-09 held under the aegis of Assam Regimental Centre, here from September 8 to 18. Major General KS Sethi General Officer Commanding HQ 101 Area gave away the prizes to the winners. Altogether 17 teams participated in the tournament, a release issued here informed.
