CHANDIGARH: In a rare goal feast, Gagandeep Singh fired in 11 goals as Government Senior Secondary School (Ludhiana) overwhelmed Veeramamuniwar Government High School (Pondicherry) 26-0 in the ATS Nehru Junior Nehru hockey tournament at the Sector-42 Stadium here on Thursday.
Gagandeep (Jr) and Karanbir struck six goals each while Daljit Singh netted three.
In another match, Vishant Naik and Jishan Mohammed scored a goal apiece to help St. Anthony High School (Goa) beat Government Higher Secondary School, Mandla (Madhya Pradesh), 2-0.
