Hockey Olympian Geeta passes away
Geeta Biswas (nee Sareen), a former women’s hockey Olympian and international umpire, passed away here on Thursday. She was 64 and survived by husband Amit and two daughters. Geeta, who was employed with Air India, represented India at the 1980 Moscow Olympics.
