State Super Division hockey from March 27
Bangalore: The State Super Division hockey league will be held at Madikeri from March 27 to April 18.
The matches will be played at the newly laid synthetic polygrass hockey pitch and the champion team will get a prize of rupees 1.50 lakh.
The Karnataka State Hockey Association was forced to shift the tournament from Bangalore as the worn-out synthetic turf at the stadium here is yet to be replaced.
The teams: IOCL, BPCL, Fortis, Army XI Red, Canara Bank, Army XI Green, ASC, PCTC, KSP, HAL, Central Excise, SAI, IAF and MEG.
