World Cup hockey website launched
Chennai: The official website for the Hero Honda hockey World Cup was launched on Wednesday.
The FIH and the organising unit have roped in MSN as the URL for the website which will be www.msnindia.com/worldcuphockey .
The website also includes details on World Cup merchandise, tourist information etc. The FIH will also, on its micro site, feature news, fixtures, results, and all information related to the World Cup to be held at the Dhyan Chand Stadium from February 28 to March 13, 2010.
FIH Communications Manager Arjen Meijer stated: “by teaming up with MSN, the number of sports fans visiting the Hero Honda FIH World Cup 2010 will only be bigger. The FIH is extremely satisfied with the partnership with MSN and visitors will be amazed by the website.”
