F United girls’ hockey team to play in Dubai
MUMBAI: The F United Sports Club girls’ team will be travelling to Dubai to bag a hat-trick of titles in the Lusitanians Sports Club ladies hockey tournament.
The Lusitanians Sports Club ladies hockey tournament is an eight-team affair with club teams from Muscat, Dubai, Abu Dhabi participating.
This year, there will also be a team from Pakistan, while providing the toughest challenge to F United will be the team from Dubai Club, which comprises experts from UK, USA and South Africa.
On the past two occasions, F United has clashed with them in the final and emerged winners.
