Born on 23th Sept 1998, Hardik  Singh made senior international debut in as major tournament as the 2018 Champions Trophy and then played the home World Cup and the all important Olympic Qualifying Series against Russia in 2019. Born into a family of hockey players, Hardik who hails from Khusropur that produced triple Olympian like Hari Pal Kaushik. He visited England under the tutelage of Harendra Singh in the run up to the 2016 Junior World Cup. He could not get it into the Jr World Cup team then but within a year made it to the senior World Cup. A great journey has truly began. Legendary women's hockey player Rajbir Kaur is his paternal aunt. Jugraj Singh is another relative He is a future star
