India will take on the hosts Malaysia in the opener of the Genting 4-Nation Invitational tournament to be held next week at Johar Bahru in Malaysia.

The Indian team has been undergoing training at Bhopal, the selection trails were held on Saturday and Sunday. The team is likely to be announced in the coming days.

Besides India, Malaysia, Pakistan and Singapore are in the fray.

The five-day tournament will kick start on 11th March with a match between Singapore and Pakistan.

The classification matches will be played on 15th, after rest on Saturday.
