Born on 13th Dec 1988, the talented midfielder shone for India over a decade. She won silver at the 2009 Asia Cup, and was part of the Indian team that took part in the 2010 World Cup, 2010 & 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2010 Asian Games. For the six years she played for India, she shouldered the left-half position to aplomb.
