Vizag and Nellore were declared joint winners in the Andhra senior hockey inter-district tournament which concluded at Gudur on Monday, according to information reaching here.

The teams were goalless at the end of regulation time and no play was possible during extra-time due to bad light.

Earlier, in the second semifinal, Nellore defeated East Godavari 5-3 in the tie-breaker.
