Infotech rout Telephones

Chennai: Jagan, Gopinath and Raja of ABM Infotech scored a brace each to rout Chennai Telephones 8-0 in the First Division Hockey League here at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium on Tuesday.

Other two goals for Infotech were scored by Krishna Kumar and Santha Kumar.

Tamil Nadu Postal edged past HVF Avadi 2-0 in the other match of the day. Kamala Kannan and Rajan scored the goals for Postal.

On Monday, Paramanu Hock ey Club drubbed Rajamanikkam Memorial Hockey Club 7-1.

N Praveen (2) and VA Dhanraj (2), Ankeeth (1) and Peter (1) scored the goals for Paramanu. Vignesh scored the lone goal for Rajamanikkam.
