Hockey finals

IMPHAL, Nov 1: AMHA, Moirang and SSA, Char-angpat will clash for the title of the 2nd State Level Under-14 6-a-side hockey tour- nament tomorrow. In the first semi final played today at Cosmo ground (Wang-khei), AMHA cruised past Cosmo-A 4-3 with Amarjit slamming home two (15th, 20th) and one each from H Roshankumar (56th) and K Ibungo (60th). K Lalboy’s hattrick (29th, 42nd, 43rd) for Cosmo-A went waste.

The other contest for the final berth was rather lopsided with SSA crushing SEYO, Singjamei 14-3 with S Manisana alone scoring six of the Charangpat goals.

In the women’s final at the same venue tomorrow, SAI RC, Takyel will take on Meiraa, Bashikhong.
