Super Six teams identified for CHA’s Super League.

After 56 matches running over two months, the top six teams have been identified for the Super League, which will start about a month later.

With the last matches played on Tuesday, the prestigious Chennai Hockey Association’s Super Division part has come to an end. Tamil Nadu police, traditional team Southern Railway and new power Indian bank have moved to the Super League from Pool A. Whereas Indian Overseas Bank, Central Exercise and another tradition powerhouse Integral Coach Factory joined the other three from B for the ultimate honours.

On the last day on Tuesday, Central Exercise defeated Sports Authority of India ‘A’ 2-1, with Laxman Karan scoring the all important clinching goal in the 62nd match.
