With the 24th edition of the Azlan Shah Cup all set to start tomorrow, the Indian team is gearing up for the first clash against Asian giants South Korea tomorrow.

However, this time, the focus is more on the new coach Paul van Ass, whose training and tactical approach will be put to test tomorrow.

Ahead of their first match against South Korea, the Indian team led by skipper Sardar Singh underwent two training sessions, one in the morning and the second in the evening.

The last time the two teams had met was in the semi-final of the Incheon Asian Games last year, which India had won 1-0.

While India had not participated in the 2014 edition of the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, South Korea had finished at a decent third place.

In this edition, as India would look to once again beat the Asian giants, Korea will look to better their last year’s performance.
