Easy win for SAI:

SAI ‘D’, Bangalore continued their winning form, trouncing SHBHC, Gadag 9-0 in the state ‘B’ division hockey championship in Bangalore on Saturday. Md Naeem struck thrice and Naveen twice in their big win. In the other matches, Om SAI, Dharwad routed Rainbow HC 8-1 and SHBHC, Gadag edged past Primrose 5-4.

Big win for SAI:

SAI ‘D’,Bangalore blanked Primrose 10-0 in the state ‘B’ division hockey tournament in Bangalore on Sunday. With the victory, SAI ‘D’ now have qualified for the next round by winning three matches on the trot. Bidappa (3rd) opened the account for SAI. Ramesh and Appachu added two goals apiece to swell the SAI tally. Naveen, Bopanna, Mohan Muthanna, Md Nayeemudin and Vinayak struck once each to pull off a commanding victory for SAI ‘D’.
