BANGALORE: Karnataka State Police (KSP) garnered full points with a fluent 4-1 win over Central Excise in the State Super Division hockey league at the SAI South Centre ground here on Saturday.
After a defeat and a draw, the State Cops attacked with a lot more fluidity against the Excisemen, though the opening goal came pretty late in the first half with Pradeep finding the target.
Parmesh then pumped in two goals to put the Cops in comfortable position before Pradeep rounded off the tally in the 61st minute. Vivek Ramakrishnan pulled one back for the Excise side.
Earlier, Pioneer Corps Training Centre (PCTC) struck once in either half through Muda (eighth and 40th) before Krishna Kishore of CoE sounded the boards in the 50th.
