THE UT Education Department will hold selection trials in various disciplines from Wednesday for the upcoming 54th School National Games.

Basketball trials for under-14 boys’ and girls’ will be held on October 15 at the Sector 46 Sports Complex at 10:00 am while under17 and under-19 teams will be selected on October 16 and October 17, respectively .

K.S. Bharti, Assistant Director Sports, Education Department, will supervise the selection trial of lawn tennis, basketball and cricket while Jit Singh Somal, sports organizer, will supervise the selection trials of hockey, football and softball. P.S Brar will look after the selection trial of chess, Kabaddi and volleyball.
