Bombay High Court stayed the Hockey India election. Accordingly, the election proposed to be held today has been postponed.

The election was supposed to be held 11 hrs today, postponed to 15 hrs, as Government of India and Hockey India had to go to Delhi High Court to clarify certain issues.

Tamil Nadu and Tripura gets clearance from respective courts and their representatives will vote in the Election today.

Government withdraws its observer from the election, however FIH observer Ondorzo is expected to be present.

The election takes place in the Lalit Hotel, New Delhi

Election is expected to take place between 12-13 hrs
