Air india, iaf earn wins in nehru hockey

Air India beat PNB XI four goals to one in their Pool B match of the Nehru Hockey Tournament yesterday while two strikes in the last ten minutes, by Parbhakar and Devan Chandra, won the game for IAF over South Central Railway. ONGC XI won their Pool B game against Namdhari XI 2-1, with the winning goal being scored from a penalty corner by Mandeep Antil in the 49th minute.

High School Kolasib of Mizoram won 4-2 after a goalless draw against Pilgrim School from Dimapur in the U-14 category. In the Under-17s, NCC Civil Hospital Road Shillong won2-0 against Vallabh Ahsram’s MGM School from Gujarat.
