Born on 26th Jan. 1995, sensational striker Gurjant Singh hails from Amritsar in Punjab. He is popular for the winning goal he struck against Belgium in the 2016 Junior World Cup final in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The winger made his senior international debut shortly after 2016 Jr World Cup heroism. He struck another lightening goal in the 2020 Pro League opener too. However, his upward march is hampered by frequent injuries.

GURJANT SINGH was part of the Indian teams that took part in the Commonwealth Games (2018), Asia Cup (2017), HWL Finals (2017), Asian Champions Trophy (2018) besides 2015 Jr Asia Cup, 2015 Sultan of Johor Cup and 2016 Jr World Cup.

He plays for the Oil and Natural Gas Commission in the domestic circuit.
