Haryana's Monika Malik is a member of the Indian Women's National Hockey Team. She is a midfielder, made her senior international debut in 2013 Asian Champions Trophy. Since then anchoring Indian teams in various tournaments. She is playing for the Indian Railways. She represented India at the Rio Olympics. Won bronze at the 2013 Junior World Cup and Silver at the Jakarta Asian Games.

Since made her senior international debut in 2013, Monika has played Olympic (2016); World Cup (2018); Asian Games (2014 & 2018); Asia Cup (2017); Hockey World League Round 3 (2015 & 2017); Commonwealth Games (2018); and Junior World Cup (2013).

She also figured in the Olympic Qualifying Series against the USA in 2019, which India won and thus qualified for the Tokyo number. She is employed with the Indian Railways
