She is the vice-captain of the Kazan team. As a sweeper back Suman played a prominent role in Haryana wining the Tirupati Federation Cup and reaching the finals of the Chennai Sr. Nationals and Manipur National Games. A student of Guru Nanak Dev Sr. Secondary School in Shahbad (Kurukshetra District), Haryana, made her junior debut in 2000. She scored a goal in her debut match against Germany at Hanover and then scored a hat-trick against Taiwan in the Junior Asia Cup.
