Born on 14t Jan 1998, Haryana's Udita led India in the Bangkok U-18 AHF Cup in 2016. She was  promoted to senior national side next year. She represented India in the senior grade first time in 2017 New Zealand Series. Making quick progress, Udita played in the World Cup (2018) and the Asian Games (2018). She is yet to figure in other popular events the Asia Cup (nil); Hockey World League Round 3 (nil) and Commonwealth Games (nil).
