Born on 8th May 1995, goalkeeper Vikas Dahiya shot into the nationwide fame when helped India in a crucial shoot-out in the home Junior World Cup in 2016. Thus, the lanky goalie from Haryana helped India get only its second Jr World Cup title. In the build up phase for the Jr World Cup, he shone in the 2015 Jr Asia Cup and 2015 Sultan of Johor Cup.

VIKAS DAHIYA earned his senior spurs at the 2016 South Asian Federation Games (2016), and figured in the Champions Trophy same year. Next year, appeared in the 2017 HWL R3.
