‘Flying Sikh’ Milkha Singh will chair the 15-member expert committee which is to decide the winners of the Arjuna and Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna awards, while Ramanathan Krishnan heads the panel that is to name the Dronacharya award winnner for the year 2007. Other members of the committee include Zafar Iqbal (hockey), MD Valsamma (athletics), P Gopichand (badminton), Khazan Singh (swimming), Baichung Bhutia (football), Gundappa Viswanath (cricket), Pargat Singh (hockey) and Sayan Chatterjee (director general, SAI).
