India defeated Argentina 3-2 in the second test.

India’s form against the hosts continued on day two as well. In a tense fight, when the teams stood 2-2, a penalty corner conversion by Sandeep Singh gave India the edge.

India won the first Test honours 2-1. With this India takes 2-0 lead in the 4-Match friendly series.

This is first time any Indian senior team visited Argentina for a friendly series. India’s biggest duel in Argentina was in Buenos Aires Word Cup (1978)

Next two days (Tuesday and Wednesday are earmarked for rest before the rivals resume another two matches at stadium Panamericano de Mar del Plata.
