Nan Hyun Woo’s four goals take Korea to the Final

Japan threatened late but the South Koreans warded off it with their characteristic nonchalance, as the Korean set up final summit clash against the hosts.

Wearing Jersy No. 6, nam Hyun Woo scored all of Korea’s goals — a perfect four.

Korea defeated Japan in the second semifinal 4-2, leading 2-0 in the half time.

Korea took the lead in the ninth minute when Nam Hyn Woo scored and then he followed it up with two more goals to make the first hattrick of the tournament.

As if not satisfied with his scoring free, Nam came out with one more when the score read 3-1, thereby dousing the hopes of the fighting Japan.

Nam scored in the 9th, 14th, 38th and 65th minutes for his four goals

For Japan Kenji Kitazato scored in the 61st minute and Ryohei Kawai in the 69th minutes.

It will be interesting final on the cards as methodical Korea takes on exuberant India, but the home factor might favour the hosts.
