The 8-member Evaluation Committee, headed by triple Olympian Harbinder Singh, did not disclose the decisions they have taken in today’s marathon meeting held at Hockey India office in New Delhi.

However, Harbinder Singh made it clear that issue of controversial Paul van Ass continuing as National Chief coach was discussed and the question of him continuing is ruled as he was not responding to any communication from the Committee or Hockey India.

The EC has just submitted its decision to Hockey India, whose official will meet Sports Authority of India tomorrow before officially announcing the sacking of Paul mid way through his contract.

His contract is for three years, but Paul has not shown any keen interest to continue either.
