Australia moved atop the table of the men’s hockey Champions Trophy alongside Spain and Argentina after notching up a 3-1 win over Germany in Rotterdam on Thursday. In the day’s other game, South Korea scored a shock 4-3 win over the Netherlands. Jamie Dwyer, Fergus Kavanagh and Eddie Ockenden scored for Australia while Florian Keller found the lone goal for Germany. Jong Hyun Jang (2), Jong Ho Seo and Woon Kon Yeo struck for Korea while the Dutch got their goals via Teun de Nooijer, Roderick Weusthof, Ronald Brouwer were the goal-getters.

Argentina defeated Korea 4-2 to reach 10 points in the Champions Trophy Hockey here on Friday to give themselves a chance of a final berth
