Indian men’s hockey team for 12-match, 25-day Europe Tour announced

The Indian men’s hockey team for the Europe tour has been announced. In all, in the Europe tour, India will play as many as 12 twelve Test matches, engaging England, Belgium, Spain and Holland. This is the longest tour after India’s 1999 tour.

In the 25 day tour India is scheduled to play four tests against England, and three each against Belgium and Spain at Birmingham, Antwerp and Terassa respectively. They will also play two Tests with Holland at Amstelveen before flying back to India.
