Chennai: Mario Almada scored the match-winner to give Argentina a 4-3 victory over Belgium and a place in the Hero Honda hockey World Cup at the conclusion of the third and final round of qualifying tournaments for men at Quilmes (Argentina) on Sunday.
Argentina became the 12th team to complete the line-up for the World Cup starting in New Delhi on February 28, 2010.
Cedric Chalier, Jeffrey Thys and Jerome Dekeyser scored for Belgium, which led 2-0 at half-time, while Padro Ibarra (2), Lucas Vila and Almada were successful for the Argentines.
