Hat-tricks by Prachi Nikam and Munmuni Das set up convincing wins for Hockey Gujarat and Assam Hockey respectively in the ‘B’ division of the seventh sub-junior National hockey tournament for women, at the SDAT Velu Manickam astro-turf stadium, here on Wednesday.

Prachi Nikam scored in the 42nd, 52nd and 56th minutes to help Hockey Gujarat thrash Dadar & Nagar Haveli 5-0. Pande Neha scored a brace.

In another match, Munmuni Das scored in the 55th, 59th and 61st minutes while Elina Tigga scored a brace as Assam Hockey registered a 6-0 win over Hockey Jammu & Kashmir.

Hockey Uttarakhand came from 1-0 down at half time to defeat Kerala Hockey 4-2. Swati Kumari and Madhu scored a brace each.
