Voted FIH Goalkeeper of the Year three times in a row (2017, 2018 and 2019), Vincent Vanasch has been an intergral part of Belgium’s run of successes.
He bolstered the Red Lions march to their maiden title at the 2018 World Cup in Bhubaneswar, India.
In the following year, Vanasch was voted best goalkeeper of the EuroHockey Championship in Antwerp where Belgium won their maiden title.
He turns out for Rott-Weiss Koln in the German league. He assisted Waterloo Ducks, his previous club, to the European Hockey League title – the first for a Belgium side.
Vanasch also played for Delhi Waveriders in the Hockey India League.
