They are the future, the young generation. They are colts, wish to have lot of fun. There are all here, thanks to the initiative of the Sponsors Hero Honda and Steel Authority of India.

Each day, each of these two main sponosrs bring at least one school children each to the stadium.

Their job is to line up on two rows before the start of the match, through which the teams passes through before line up for the national anthem.

May look a small job, but the scene evokes aesthetics to the whole atmosphere. Children accompanied teams at Monchengladbach World Cup, they were virutal flag bearers of teams before teams’ photo shoot.

Just interact with these children, you will come to know they are coming to hockey stadium for the first time.

They are hardly able to tell or recollect names of hockey stars. Sanddeep Singh, Rajpal Singh are known to most of them though.

Whenever goal is scored they are there to cheer, more than the profesisonal cheer leaders here, and they almost all the time full-throated.
