Jharkhand’s Marita Tirkey made her international debut in 2004, being part of the team that went to Holland. She is presently employee of Indian Railways, posted at Ranchi. She is a product of Government Girls High School, Bariatu, when NS Saini was the coach. She made her junior international debut in 2000 in the Under-18 Cup, Hong Kong.
